Platform overview
Section titled “Platform overview”PropStack organizes everything in a three-tier hierarchy:
- Properties — buildings or housing complexes (e.g. “Maple Court Apartments”)
- Units — individual rentable spaces within a property (e.g. “Unit 201”)
- Beds — for student housing / shared rooms only (e.g. “Bed A in Room 105”)
This structure supports everything from single-family rentals to large student housing operations with shared rooms and per-bed leasing.

- Online applications — multi-step application flow with background check integration
- Lease management — create, track, and manage leases with automatic status tracking
- Rent collection — online payments via Stripe with automated tracking
