Dashboard Overview
Accessing the dashboard
Section titled “Accessing the dashboard”Log in at your organization’s subdomain (e.g. yourorg.propstack.app) with an admin account. The dashboard is the default landing page after login.
Dashboard sections
Section titled “Dashboard sections”Properties summary
Section titled “Properties summary”Overview of all your properties with key metrics:
- Total units and beds
- Current occupancy rate
- Available spaces count
- Pending applications
Recent activity
Section titled “Recent activity”A feed of recent events across your portfolio:
- New applications submitted
- Lease status changes
- Move-out requests
- Maintenance requests
- Payment activity
Quick actions
Section titled “Quick actions”Common tasks accessible from the dashboard:
- Add Property — create a new property
- View Applications — review pending applications
- Manage Units — jump to unit management
Navigation
Section titled “Navigation”The admin sidebar provides access to all management sections:
