Applying for a Space

Make sure you have:

  • A valid email address (you’ll need to confirm it)
  • Personal identification information
  • Employment or financial details (if required)
  • Payment method for the application fee (if applicable)
  1. Visit the availability page and find a space
  2. Click “Apply” (for available spaces) or “Request This Space” (for upcoming openings)
  3. You’ll be taken to the unit detail page with full information about the space

The application is a multi-step process. Progress is saved as you go, so you can return later if needed.

Provide your basic details:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Current address

Depending on the property’s requirements, you may need to provide:

  • Employment information
  • Emergency contacts
  • References
  • Vehicle information

If background checks are required (configured by the property manager), you’ll be directed to complete a credit/background check through the integrated provider.

If an application fee is configured, you’ll be prompted to pay via Stripe. The standard fee amount is shown before you submit payment.

Review all your information before final submission. Once submitted, your application enters the review queue.

Your application status will be one of:

PendingSubmitted, waiting for initial review
Under reviewBeing actively reviewed by the property manager
ApprovedYou’re in — you’ll receive next steps for lease signing
RejectedNot approved this time — you’ll receive a notification with details

You’ll receive email notifications when your application status changes. If approved, your account is upgraded to a tenant role and you’ll gain access to the tenant portal.
