Finding Available Spaces

The availability page shows all current vacancies and upcoming openings across all properties. Visit it at /apply/units on your organization’s subdomain.

Spaces are grouped by property. Each property section shows its name, address, and the total number of available spaces.

Each card has a colored badge indicating its status:

  • Green — “Available Now”: the space is vacant and ready to lease today
  • Blue — “Opens Jul 18”: the space is currently occupied but expected to open before the upcoming term. The badge shows the actual expected opening date, and a subline confirms which term it applies to (e.g. “For Aug 2026 term”)

Student housing properties may have shared rooms where each bed is leased individually. These appear as a “Room 105” subheader with individual bed cards underneath. Each bed card shows:

  • Bed name (e.g. “Bed A”)
  • Bed size (twin, full, queen, king)
  • Gender preference (if restricted)
  • Monthly rent

Use the filter bar at the top of the page to narrow results:

  • All — shows both available and opening spaces
  • Available Now — only currently vacant spaces
  • Opening for [term] — only spaces expected to open
  • All — shows all spaces regardless of gender restriction
  • Female — spaces designated female-only or mixed
  • Male — spaces designated male-only or mixed

Filters are applied via URL parameters, so you can bookmark filtered views or share links.

  • “Apply” appears on spaces that are available now. Clicking it takes you to the application form.
  • “Request This Space” appears on opening spaces. This starts an application, but the space is not guaranteed since the current tenant hasn’t moved out yet. The card explicitly notes: “Requesting does not reserve this space.”

If no spaces match your filters, you’ll see options to:

  • Clear filters and try again
  • Contact the property management team directly (via the “Contact Us” link)
