Moving Out

  1. Log in to your tenant portal
  2. Navigate to My Tenancy
  3. Click Request Move-Out
  4. Select your desired move-out date
  5. Submit the request
  1. Request submitted — your property manager is notified
  2. Approved — your move-out date is confirmed and your tenancy status changes to “Move-out scheduled”
  3. Move-out day — complete any required inspections, return keys, and ensure the unit is in the expected condition
  4. Completed — your tenancy is marked as moved out, security deposit processing begins

Before your move-out date:

  • Clean the unit thoroughly
  • Remove all personal belongings
  • Repair any damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Return all keys, access cards, and remotes
  • Cancel or transfer utilities in your name
  • Provide a forwarding address for your security deposit return
  • Schedule a walk-through inspection if required

After move-out, your property manager will inspect the unit and process your security deposit return according to local regulations. Any deductions for damages or unpaid charges will be itemized.
