Moving Out
Requesting a move-out
Section titled “Requesting a move-out”- Log in to your tenant portal
- Navigate to My Tenancy
- Click Request Move-Out
- Select your desired move-out date
- Submit the request
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- Request submitted — your property manager is notified
- Approved — your move-out date is confirmed and your tenancy status changes to “Move-out scheduled”
- Move-out day — complete any required inspections, return keys, and ensure the unit is in the expected condition
- Completed — your tenancy is marked as moved out, security deposit processing begins
Move-out checklist
Section titled “Move-out checklist”Before your move-out date:
- Clean the unit thoroughly
- Remove all personal belongings
- Repair any damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Return all keys, access cards, and remotes
- Cancel or transfer utilities in your name
- Provide a forwarding address for your security deposit return
- Schedule a walk-through inspection if required
Security deposit
Section titled “Security deposit”After move-out, your property manager will inspect the unit and process your security deposit return according to local regulations. Any deductions for damages or unpaid charges will be itemized.
