Paying Rent

PropStack processes payments through Stripe. You can pay using:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank transfer (ACH) where available
  1. Log in to your tenant portal
  2. Navigate to Payments
  3. You’ll see your current balance and any outstanding charges
  4. Click Make Payment and follow the Stripe checkout process

Your full payment history is available in the tenant portal. Each payment record shows:

  • Payment date
  • Amount paid
  • Payment method
  • Status (completed, pending, failed)

Payment policies (due dates, late fees, grace periods) are set by your property manager. Check your lease agreement for specific terms.

If you see an unexpected charge or have questions about your balance, contact your property management team using the support email or phone number shown in your tenant portal.
